Now based back in his native North-East of England, Darren created UXCENTRIC in 2017 with a philosophy grounded in creativity, attention to detail and passion for people and user-centred design.
The team take immense pride in providing the best experience for our clients and their customers, being people-focused, down-to-earth and genuine.
There is a belief to have clear communication with our clients cutting out jargon to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of successful collaborations.
DARREN WILSON
FOUNDER
Darren has around 20 years of experience in UX and has an MSc in Applied Ergonomics from the University of Sunderland and is passionate about people.
He has worked extensively in industry-leading companies and has experience in different sectors such as Automotive, Healthcare, and Rail amongst others.
Darren has fulfilled several different roles as an interaction designer, information architect, user researcher and others, but when asked what he does he responds that "I help make people’s lives a little easier & keep them safe".
Outside the office, Darren is a sports fanatic, a Middlesbrough Season ticket holder, and loves to cook, go for Park Runs and attend music gigs whenever he can.
