Challenge

Develop a next-generation, class-leading UX/UI for new vehicles in their portfolio.

Approach

We collaborated on an international project during a pandemic across multiple time zones in Vietnam, the USA and Australia, as well as the UK.

A new UX/UI for infotainment & driving systems was designed from the ground up, with a new interaction model.

All of the content was prototyped and put through thorough user acceptance testing before handing off to software development.

Impact

While at times tremendously challenging, it was incredibly rewarding. We've overcome those challenges and done some great work, which we are very proud of.

We delivered a future-ready UX concept aligned with VinFast’s brand vision and market needs that was intuitive and visually appealing.

Outcome

Positive customer reviews, enhanced safety & comfort, through intuitive ADAS features integrated into the driving experience.

While Darren has spent a lot of that time working on the ADAS related systems, he has also contributed a great deal to the overall experience, bringing a lot of his design skills and technical knowledge that have helped enormously.
